Phase2.2 contributing analyses folders.
This directory contains essentially CAGE peaks data for phase2.2. 
Additional analysis results relative to the phase1 of the prject (steady states) were not provided for the second phase (dynamic states). Please refer to ../../phase1.3/extra/00_readme.txt for details
Similarly, some results provided for the phase2.0 may not be available for phase2.2. Please, refer to ../../phase2.0/extra/00_readme.txt for details
