This dataset contains transcriptional start sites (TSSs) for 156 human primary cells provided in the FANTOM5 project and HeLa and THP-1 samples by Kanamori-Katayama et al. (2011) identified by RECLU, our pipeline. After clustering, we assessed differentially expressed genes for all pairwise comparisons of these samples.
