	in the feature section, 
	  "ID"	  : means rep_tag_id (also "Name")
	  "Target": contains tag alignment information.
	  "Note"  : contains other fearture informations
		    - number of tags
		    - ctss_id
		    - tss_id (same as TC_id)
		    - tu_id
