This release contains the entire collection of FANTOM5 samples, made of steady state snapshots used in phase1 of the project and time courses used in phase2, together with non-human, non-mouse samples. 
This release also include FANTOM5 samples generated with different CAGE technologies.
-basic fodler contains mapped CAGE data
-extra folder contains analysis results
