This folder contains TF expression and enriched expression (relative to the median) for both human and mouse data sets.

*TF2CLUSTER_{human|mouse}_enrichment_may10.txt.gz are the enrichment score matrices of TFs and corresponding CAGE peaks 
*TF2CLUSTER_{human|mouse}_May10.osc.txt.gz are the expression matrices of TFs and corresponding CAGE peaks.
*TF2CLUSTER_{human|mouse}_official.xls are the lists of TFs and corresponding CAGE peaks.
