Phase2.0 contributing analyses folders.
This directory contains essentially CAGE peaks data for phase2.0. Additional analysis results that were available for the phase1 of the prject (steady states) were not provided for the second phase (dynamic states). Please refer to ../../phase1.3/extra/00_readme.txt for details
