This folder contains data files used in the analysis described in Lizio et al.

Folder CAGE_data contains the knock-down experiment data on 23 TFs (single TSS bed files and combined expression tables).
Folder ChIP_data contains the ChIP-Seq experiment data on 4 TFs, peaks called, reproducible peaks (also divided into containing and not containing the motif).
Folder DE_expression contains the results of edgeR (Robinson, 2010) differential expression analysis on the CAGE knock-down data.
Folder Homer_motifs contains the motif analysis results for 4 TFs.
